Week 2 is already over. I can’t believe it! My workout at the gym went really great. I lost 3lbs, improve my cardio and my musculation. I’m so happy :) The only thing is that I’ve been having less motivation with eating healthy all the time. I didn’t eat crap this week but I didn’t organise all my meals like last week so it was a little more difficult. Also I went out to eat at the restaurant 3 times this week. It was tough to resist to the temptation of all the good-not-so-good-for-my-tummy food. Aaaah. Next week is a new week and I’m gonna get back on track with preparing all my meals in advance and keeping track of my calories.
